摘要
通过分析农民工城市住房问题的主要表现和成因,认为农民工城市住房问题是个体理性选择和结构性因素共同作用的结果。从农民工城市住房的准公共产品属性及住房保障的逻辑面向、"农民工公民"的居住权和城市住房的社会公平面向两个层面,阐述了解决农民工城市住房问题的理论依据,进而提出了"公建为体、廉租为用"的农民工城市住房问题解决路径。
By analyzing the main phenomena and cau- ses for the housing predicament, this essay points out that the housing issues result from the interaction of individual rational selfselection and structural factors, this essay elaborates the theoretical proof of housing predicament of migrant workers from two aspects. One aspect is the quasi public good of the housing and the logic of public housing, and the other aspect is the living right of migrant workers and the social equity. Thereby, this essay puts forward paths to the solution of migrants＇ urban housing predicament.
