摘要 鱼雷在研制过程中要进行全系统状态下的环境试验和可靠性试验。本文针对鱼雷的特点,制定了鱼雷全系统状态环境和可靠性试验方案。相对于以往单个系统的试验,鱼雷全系统的试验更接近产品真实的实装状态。通过试验暴露了产品缺陷,通过设计改进有效提高了产品的环境适应性和可靠性水平。 Environment test and reliability test of whole torpedo is recommended in development phase. Based on the requirement of whole torpedo, this paper provided a reference method for whole torpedo's environment test and reliability test scheme designing. Relative to the single test with single purpose at unit level, the environment reliability test of whole torpedo has much more real condition and purposes. The product bug is uncovered by tests, and the environmental suitability and reliability of the product is enhanced by design improvement. The test method should be popularized in the development of torpedo.
