Visi-X校验医用加速器光射野一致性

Using Visi-X to adjust Light and Radiation Field congruence of Medical Linear Accelerator

目的探讨应用Visi-X对医用直线加速器光野与射野一致性进行校验,用方便、快捷、准确的校验方法,达到节约时间和节省人力的目的。方法以10 cm×10 cm、15 cm×15 cm、20 cm×20 cm照射野为参照条件,10 cm×10 cm标准野为校验参考条件,以Visi-X射野指示为准,调整光野大小,最后达到一致。结果 Visi-X分析得出的数据和胶片法分析得出的光射野一致性参数之间的误差比较不大于0.5 mm。结论应用Visi-X校验医用直线加速器的光射野一致性,准确、有效,并且操作简单快捷直观,可替代传统的检测方法。

Objective To study using Radiation/Light Field Analyzer：Visi-X to adjust light and radiation field congruence of LA,with rapid method to save many a lot of human being and time. Methods With field 10 cm×10 cm 、15 cmx15 cm 、20 cmx20 cm for reference,10 cm×10 cm for adjusting reference.We use the Visi-X to measure difference of the light field and the radiation field, then set the parameter of the LA leave＇s position to accord the light field with the radiation field. Results The data error of the consistency of the light field and the radiation field out from the Visi-X less than 0.5 mm compare with the film method. Conclusion We can use the Visi-X to validate the consistency of the light field and the radiation field.It is nicety,effciency,reliable method that can substitute the traditional measurement.
