Overlay在主动脉瘤介入中的应用

The application of Overlay in the interventional therapy of aortic aneurysm

目的探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)中的Overlay功能在脑血管病介入中的应用。方法选取58例主动脉瘤患者,其中49例术中使用了Overlay技术,9例患者使用传统的在屏幕画线标志,分成2组从造影剂的用量、照射剂量、术者的方便程度进行评价。结果 49例患者术中使用Overlay功能,造影剂的用量、照射剂量均少于9例患者使用传统的在屏幕画线标志方法,为主动脉瘤成功的介入治疗提供有力的技术支持。结论 DSA的Overlay功能在主动脉瘤介入中的诊断和治疗中都起到了很大的作用,在介入手术中充分应用DSA的这个功能,可为介入手术提供有力的技术支持,具有非常高的临床实用价值。

Objective Objective： To explore the application of Overlay in the interventional therapy of cerebral vascular disease in digital subtraction angiography（DSA）.. Methods a total of 58 cases of patients with aortic aneurysms,Overlay technology are used in 49 cases,9 cases patients using traditional symbols on the screen scribing,divided into two groups from the amount of contrast agent,amount of rays,operation convenience degree evaluation. Results 49 patients using the Overlay function,the amount of contrast agent,amount of rays were less than 9 cases patients using traditional screen marking marking method,provide powerful technical support for the interventional treatment of aortic aneurysm. Conclusion DSA,the Overlay function in aortic aneurysms interventional diagnosis and treatment plays great role,involved in the operation in the full application of DSA the function,can provide powerful technical support for the interventional procedures,has very high clinical practical value.
