目的探讨＂学校-医院-社区＂综合一体护理实训基地的构建。方法成立护理实训基地组织协调机构,完成前期调研,以需求为导向,制定实施方案,将2~3个社区卫生服务中心建设成为在校护理学生接受基层卫生服务技能和公共卫生服务能力培训的护理社区实训基地。结果建成了8个＂学校-医院-社区＂综合一体的护理社区实训基地。结论 ＂学校-医院-社区＂综合一体的护理实训基地的构建,有助于本科护生综合素质的全面提高,社区基本卫生服务工作的开展,护理实训教育方法的创新和完善。

Objective Discuss the construction of ＂institution-hospital-community＂ integrated system of nursing practical training bases. Methods Establish cooperating agency for nursing practical training bases. Accomplish prophase investigation. Constitute implementation plans guided by requirement and construct two or three health service centers as the nursing practical training bases for nursing students to accept basic health service skills and public health service training. Results Establish eight ＂institution-hospital-community＂ systems of nursing practical training bases. Conclusion The construction of ＂institution-hospital-community＂ system of nursing practical training bases is advantageous for the improvement of comprehensive qualities of undergraduate nursing students.
