摘要 将粒子群优化算法引入到装配序列规划中,详细讨论了粒子群算法在装配规划中的数学表示,给出了适应度函数评价方法,并实现了装配干涉矩阵的构建,以发动机化油器装配为例,分析了粒子群算法在装配序列规划中的具体应用。 The particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm, which is a kind of intelligent optimization algorithm, is introduced to solve the assemble sequence planning(ASP) problem. The mathematical representation of PSO in ASP is discussed in detail. The evaluation method of fitness function is presented and the matrices of assembling interference are constructed also. The engine carburetor assembly is applied as an example to analyze the application of particle swarm algorithm in assembly sequence planning.
