飞机装配进度三维可视化技术研究

Research on Visualization Technology Based on 3D Model on Aircraft Assembly Schedule

为了将飞机装配进度以一种直观、可视化的方式展现出来,提出用三维简化模型展示飞机装配进度的方法。首先研究了三维设计模型的简化方法;其次将生产信息与三维简化模型关联起来,建立了飞机装配进度信息模型;再次研究了在信息模型支持下的组件装配状态信息提取技术;最后通过某飞机制造企业的应用实例,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。

In order to intuitively and visually represent assembly schedule, the way using 3D simplified model to represent assembly schedule has been proposed. Firstly, the method on simplifying the three-dimensional design model has been studied. Secondly, an information model on representing aircraft assembly schedule is constructed by combining production information with 3D simplified model. Thirdly, the technology on extracting component assembly state from the information model has been explored. Finally, an example applied in an aircraft manufacturing enterprise has been illustrated to verify the feasibility and validity of the method proposed.
