摘要
以飞机舱门锁机构运动副所实际使用的材料为摩擦对,通过常幅载荷下的疲劳磨损试验,对其磨损行为进行研究,对在推导磨损量计算公式时所用假设的合理性进行验证,确定磨损系数,通过对试验值与理论计算值的比较,给出公式正确性的证明。
Taking the material used in kinematic pair of the plane's cabin door as the experimental subject, the article conducts the wear test under constant amplitude loading and then analyses the result, verifies the rationality of the hypothesis put forward before and determines the coefficient of wear. Also giving the correct proof is needed after comparing experiment result with theoretical value.
