摘要
与交流配电相比,直流配电具有供电容量大、线路损耗小、电能质量好、有利于分布式电源接入等一系列优点。然而,保护技术的不成熟在很大程度上限制了直流配电系统的发展。针对当前直流配电系统保护技术中存在的问题,提出一种新型固态故障限流器。该限流器采用晶闸管与IGBT相结合的方式,不仅可以快速响应直流电网的故障电流,而且减少了功率损耗。当发生短路故障时,采用峰值电流控制策略可以进行电流控制,将短路电流限制在一定的范围内。
Compared with the AC power distribution,DC power distribution system has a series of advantages,such as large power supply capacity,low line loss,better power quality,easier access to distributed generator,etc. However,the immature protection technology limits the development of DC power distribution system to a great extent. For the problems existing in protection technology for DC distribution system,a novel solid state fault current limiter is proposed in this paper. This limiter uses a combination of SCR and IGBT and can not only achieve fast response to the fault current in the DC power grid,but also reduce the steady power loss. When short-current fault occurs,the peak current control strategy can be used in the current control and strictly limits the fault current below a certain desired range.
