温阳消饮法对胸腔积液模型大鼠纤维蛋白原含量的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Yang- warming and fluid retention- resolving therapy on expression of the content of fibrinogen in Rats with Pleural Effusion

摘要 目的探讨温阳消饮法对胸腔积液模型大鼠纤维蛋白原含量的影响。方法将Wistar成年大鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为温阳消饮组(W)、去桂消饮组(Q)、模型组(M)、空白组(K)。空白组外的其余3组动物以1%角叉菜胶胸腔注射建立大鼠胸腔积液模型,造模24h后,计算机X线拍摄胸片对造模组大鼠进行病理评价。于造模2h后灌胃给药。W组:按12g/(kg·d)等效剂量灌胃给予温阳消饮方药液,每日1次,连续3 d;Q组:按10g/kg·d等效剂量灌胃给予去桂消饮方药液,每日1次,连续3 d;M组、K组:同等条件饲养,不实施任何给药方案。结果 M组胸腔积液量较W组、Q组偏多,W组、Q组胸腔积液量无明显区别。与K组相比,M组大鼠血浆纤维蛋白原含量明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与M组相比,W组、Q组血浆纤维蛋白原含量明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);W组与Q组相比,血浆纤维蛋白原差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温阳消饮法可显著降低胸腔积液模型大鼠血浆纤维蛋白原含量,消除胸腔积液。 Objective To explore the influence of Yang- warming and fluid retention- resolving therapy on expression of the content of fibrinogen in Rats with Pleural Effusion. Methods Dividing the Wistar rat to bank group and Model group,W group( Yang- warming and fluid retention- resolving therapy group),Q group( wiping off the cassia twig fluid retention- resolving group) at random. All rats except those in blank control group received intrapleural injection of 1% carrageenan to establish a rat model of pleural effusion( pleural fluid retention). At 24 h after the model was established,model rats were subjected to pathological evaluation by radiography. At 2h after the model was established,Firstly,according to the 12 g / kg·d human equivalent dose,1The W group to give the Yang- warming and fluid retention- resolving liquor by gavage every day for three days. Secondly,according to the 10 g / kg·d human equivalent dose,2The Q group to give the wiping off the cassia twig fluid retention- resolving liquor as the W group. Third,3The model group and blank group are given with the same rearing condition and not any medicine. Results Comparing with the blank group,the content of the Fibrinogen in model group are increased significantly,there was a significantly difference( P〈0. 05). Comparing with the model group,the content of the Fibrinogen in plasma was decreased significantly with a significantly difference( P〈0. 05). there was no difference between the Yang- warming and fluid retention- resolving therapy group,the wipe off the cassia twig fluid retention- resolving group and the blank control group. Conclusion The Yang- warming and fluid retention- resolving therapy can decrease the content about Fibrinogen in plasma and eliminate pleural effusion.
