摘要
参阅相关领域的有效文献,初步了解创伤后压力心理障碍症(PTSD)和睡眠障碍各自的病因、病机、临床特征及诊疗方法等。从疏肝、调肝角度,探讨PTSD和睡眠障碍的所属关系,从而在综合性防疗体系的建设领域给予理论支撑,同时也能凸显中医预防和治疗PTSD及睡眠障碍病症的特色与价值。
In recent years,caused by many factors of PTSD and sleep disorders rising sharply. The research based on correlation to develop the disease diagnosis and treatment mechanism is still rare. My paper refers to many literatures,take a preliminary understanding on PTSD and sleep disorder： etiology,pathogenesis,clinical characteristic and diagnosis and treatment methods. Intend to discuss the subordinate relation of PTSD and sleep disturbance. From liver,which can build a system for comprehensive prevention and control to give theoretical support of strong maneuverability,but also highlights the characteristics and valve that prevention and treatment of PTSD and sleep disorders.
