从方剂学角度分析产地对山药功效发挥方向规律的影响

Research by statistics to analyze the influence of the specific clinical function of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. from the point of the view of science of original place

目的运用统计学方法分析产地对山药功效发挥的影响,并总结其规律。方法对《中医方剂大辞典精选本》所收载的含山药方剂进行收载记录,以山药的产地为主线,用Excel对其进行图表分析。结果需要补肺和补肾时,以怀山药为佳;需要补脾和固肾功效时不用特意指定怀山药。结论产地对山药的功效发挥有较大影响,其对临床和保健养生有较大参考价值。

Objective To carry out the research by statistics to analyze the influence of the specific clinical function of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. from the point of the view of science of original place and to summarize its rule. Methods To record the formulae containing Dioscorea opposita Thunb. from the classic format Formula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to analyse the original place with charts by EXCEL. Results 1） Dioscorea opposita Thunb produced from Henan in China is prefered while Dioscorea opposita Thunb. tonifying the lung amd strengthening the kidney; 2） The producing place of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.is not special while Dioscorea opposita Thunb. reinforcing the spleen amd restraining the kidney. Conclusion The original place has more influence on the clinical function of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.,which can be reference of more value for the clinics and health protection.
