摘要
新生代农民工的就业及其就业质量是我国当代一个重要的社会问题和经济问题。影响新生代农民工就业质量的因素复杂多样,社会资本是其中的显性因素之一。通过对SZ市新生代农民工的社会资本、就业质量的调查发现,大部分新生代农民工的就业满意度处于中等水平,社会资本资源获得程度越高的新生代农民工的就业质量满意度更高。然而,当前新生代农民工的社会资本存量较低,且以同质性社会资本为主,不利于其职业发展。对此,政府、用人单位、新生代农民工自己都应当做出努力,扩展其社会资本存量,提高其就业质量。
The employment and employment quality of new generation of migrant workers are important social problems and economic problems. There are various factors accounting for employment quality of new generation of migrant workers,including social capital whose effect is remarkable. By conducting the research of employment quality and social capital of new generation of migrant workers in Suzhou,it shows that most new generation of migrant workers have an average degree of satisfaction about their employment quality,and getting more social capital,new generation of migrant workers will feel more satisfied with their employment quality. However,the new generation of migrant workers have low social capital and mainly homogeneity social capital,which is not beneficial to develop their vocation. Facing it,the government、employer and workers’ themselves should make efforts to expand their social capital and promote their employment quality.
