台湾《异体字字典》是目前通行并较权威的异体字整理成果,由于理论认识的局限性,以及对一些汉字形音义未加审辨,《异体字字典》尚存在一些未认同的异体字,在使用过程中应予以注意。

The Variant Dictionary of Taiwan is a very popular and authoritative work of variant research; however, owing to limited theoretical cognition and the neglect treatment of some characters, some variants have not been identified in the dictionary, which calls for attention when using it.
