血必净注射液预防胆囊癌患者术后感染的疗效及对患者免疫力的影响

Effect of Xuebijing injection on prevention of postoperative infections in gallbladder cancer patients and impact on immunity

目的探讨及研究血必净注射液预防胆囊癌患者术后感染的疗效及对患者免疫力的影响,以了解血必净注射液在该类患者术后的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月-2015年7月于医院行手术治疗的90例胆囊癌患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例,对照组进行常规围术期治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用血必净注射液治疗,对两组手术患者的术后感染率、术前及术后3、7d时的细胞免疫及红细胞免疫指标进行比较;采用SPSS16.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果观察组术后感染率为2.22%,低于对照组的20.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组患者的CD3+CD4+、CD8+、CD4+及CD3+差异均无统计学意义;而术后3d及7d观察组的CD3+CD4+、CD4+及CD3+均高于对照组,CD8+则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组患者红细胞免疫指标中的自然肿瘤红细胞花环率(NTER)、直向肿瘤红细胞花环率(DTER)、免疫黏附促进因子(FEER)及免疫黏附抑制因子(FEIR),差异均无统计学意义;而术后3d及7d观察组的NTER、DTER及FEER均高于对照组,FEIR则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液可有效预防胆囊癌患者的术后感染,且对患者的免疫力也有积极的影响。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Xuebijing injection on prevention of postoperative infections in gallbladder cancer patients and observe the impact on immunity of the patients so as to understand the value of Xuebijing injection in treatment of the patients with postoperative infections.METHODS A total of 90 gallbladder cancer patients who received surgical procedures from Jan 2014 to Jul 2015 were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each.The control group was given the perioperative therapy,while the observation group was treated with additional Xuebijing injection based on the treatment of the control group.The incidence of postoperative infections,cellular immunity and erythrocyte immunity indexes before the surgery or after the surgery for 3and 7days were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS16.0software.RESULTS The incidence rate of postoperative infections of the observation group was 2.22%,lower than 20.00% of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the CD3＋CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋,or CD3＋between the two groups of patients before the surgery,however,the levels of CD3＋CD4＋,CD4＋,and CD3＋were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after the surgery for 3and 7days,while the level of CD8＋of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the erythrocyte immunity indexes,including the natural tumor erythrocyte rosette rate（NTER）,straight tumor erythrocyte rosette rate,immunoadhesins promoting factor,and immune adherence inhibitor,between the two groups of patients before the surgery;however,the NTER,straight tumor erythrocyte rosette rate,and immunoadhesins promoting factor of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the surgery for 3and7days;the immune adherence inhibitor of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONXuebijing injection can effectively prevent the postoperative infections in gallbladder cancer patients,and it has positive impact on the immunity of the patients.
