人乳头状瘤病毒感染与乳腺癌的关系及P16蛋白表达的相关性

目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒感染与乳腺癌的关系以及与P16蛋白表达的相关性,为患者治疗提供临床参考。方法选取2011年1月-2013年1月医院收治的150例乳腺肿瘤患者作为本研究对象,分析人乳头状瘤病毒感染与乳腺癌的关系以及与P16蛋白表达的相关性;使用SPSS18.0软件对数据进行分析。结果 150例患者进行HPV16/18-DNA检测显示,癌组织与正常乳腺组织HPV16/18-DNA阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌旁组织与正常乳腺组织HPV16/18-DNA阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤最大直径以及患者是否绝经与HPV16/18在乳腺癌组织中的表达无相关性,存在腋窝淋巴结转移的患者HPV16/18在乳腺癌组织中的表达与不存在腋窝淋巴结转移的患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV16/18-DNA与P16表达显示呈负相关性,并且解脲脲支原体、沙眼衣原体、假丝酵母菌属、人支原体、荫道毛滴虫均为患者HPV感染的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论人乳头状瘤病毒在乳腺癌患者组织内得到高度表达,对乳腺癌的诊断治疗具有病因学的意义,并且人乳头状瘤病毒与P16蛋白的表达为负相关,两者对于乳腺癌患者的病情相互影响。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the human papillomavirus infection and breast cancer and the correlation with expression of P16 so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of150 breast cancer patients who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2013 were recruited as the study objects,then the relationship between the human papillomavirus infection and breast cancer and the correlation with expression of P16 were observed,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 18.0software.RESULTS The HPV16/18-DNA test for the 150 patients indicated that there was significant difference in the positive rate of HPV16/18-DNA between the patients with normal mammary tissues and the patients with cancerous tissue（P〈0.05）;there was significant difference in the positive rate of HPV16/18-DNA between the patients with peritumoral tissues and the patients with normal mammary tissues（P〈0.05）.The expression of HPV16/18 in the breast cancer tissues was not associated with maximum diameter of tumor or menopause;there was significant difference in the expression of HPV16/18 in the breast cancer tissues between the patients with axillary lymph node metastasis and the patients without axillary lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.The HPV16/18-DNA was negatively correlated with the expression of P16,and the related factors for the HPV infection included the Ureaplasma urealyticum,Chlamydia trachomatis,Candida,Mycoplasma hominis,and Trichomonas（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The human papillomavirus is highly expressed in the breast cancer tissues,which has etiological significance in diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.The human papillomavirus is negatively correlated with the expression of P16,and they interact with each other to influence the illness condition of the breast cancer patients.
