摘要
目的探讨麻醉喉镜应用保护膜对预防患者医院感染的可行性,旨在为麻醉喉镜提供一种有效的消毒方式。方法选取医院2012年1月-2014年12月择期手术后清水去污的麻醉喉镜100条,按照消毒方式的不同分为对照组及观察组各50条,对照组采用常规的2%戊二醛消毒,观察组采用喉镜消毒保护液并干燥成膜,对两组喉镜消毒前后的细胞病理学及病原菌学结果进行分析。结果两组口腔脱落细胞及病原菌检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消毒后观察组平均菌株数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病原菌检测合格率为98.00%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组检出病原菌以革兰阳性菌为主,包含表皮葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌,为喉镜消毒不彻底所致;观察组仅检出病原菌1株,为表皮葡萄球菌。结论液体喉镜保护膜的消毒效果良好、操作简捷,能够有效预防医院感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility of use of protection film of anesthetic laryngoscope on prevention of infections so as to offer an effective method for disinfection of the anesthetic laryngoscope.METHODS From Jan2012 to Dec 2014,a total of 100 anesthetic laryngoscopes that were decontaminated with clean water after selective surgery were chosen as the study objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the disinfection method,with 50 anesthetic laryngoscopes in each group.The control group was treated with conventional 2% glutaraldehyde for disinfection,while the observation group was treated with laryngoscope disinfection protection solution and dried to film.The results of cytopathology and bacteriology were observed and compared between the two groups of laryngoscopes before and after the disinfection.RESULTS There was significant difference in the detection rate of oral exfoliated cells or pathogens between the two groups(P〈0.05).The average bacterial colony counts of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group after the disinfection(P〈0.05).The qualified rate of detection of pathogens was 98.00%in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The gram-positive bacteria were dominant among the isolated pathogens in the control group,including the Staphylococcus epidermidis and alpha,which was caused by the poor disinfection of laryngoscopes;only 1strain of pathogen was isolated in the observation group,and it was S.epidermidis.CONCLUSIONThe laryngoscope protection film can achieve significant effect on the disinfection,with the operation simple,and it can effectively prevent nosocomial infections.
