路用降温涂层施工标准化与性能检测

摘要 为了提升路用降温涂层施工铺筑质量,基于试验段长度及工作量确定施工所需机具及人员分配方案,建立了施工所需原材料合理计量方法及标准化的施工步骤和流程,并全面测试并评价降温涂层的实际降温效果及路用性能。结果表明,随着沥青路面温度的不断升高,路用降温涂层的降温性能逐渐增强,涂布降温涂层后不会对其路面平整度、抗滑及抗渗性能造成不利影响。 In order to improve the paving quality of road cooling coating and evaluate its application effect under actual environmental conditions,equipment and personnel allocation scheme were determined based on the length and workload of the test road.Reasonable measurement method of raw materials required by the construction was established,and monitoring scheme for embedded temperature sensor was proposed.Standardized construction process was created,and actual cooling effect and road performance of the cooling coating were comprehensively tested and evaluated.The results show that with the increase of temperature of asphalt pavement,the cooling performance of the coating is gradually enhanced,and it has no adverse effect on the pavement smoothness,anti-slip and anti-permeability of the road.
