摘要 改善原燃料质量,通过对高炉送风制度、炉顶布料制度的调整,炉内煤气流的分布更趋合理,高炉煤气利用率也得到进一步提高。高炉煤气流的合理分布对炉料的传热、强化冶炼进程起决定性的作用,直接影响高炉冶炼的强化程度和经济效果。 According to the long-term production practice of Desheng group vanadium and Titanium Co., Ltd. ironworks blast furnace shows that improvement in the quality of raw materi- als and fuel through the adjustment of blast furnace air supply system, top distributing system, rationalize the distribution of the gas flow in the furnace, blast furnace gas utilization rate has al- so been further improved. The reasonable distribution of gas flow in the blast furnace is the heat transfer of burden, strengthening smelting process plays a decisive role, directly affect the blast furnace smelting enhancement degree and economic effect.
