轧硬板表面色差及凹坑缺陷的成因分析

Analysis on Causes Leading to Chromatic Aberration and Pit of Cold-rolled Sheet

调查了梅钢轧硬板出现的表面色差并伴随少量凹坑的缺陷,通过取样对钢板正常处、色差处及凹坑处进行宏观形貌观察、低倍光学观察、扫描电镜分析及能谱分析等对比分析工作,结果表明:缺陷产生原因为轧机热划伤。

The defect about chromatic aberration and pit on Meigang coil-rolled sheet was investigated. The areas with chromatic aberration and pit were contrasted with the regular areas by macroscopic inspection, low range optical analysis, scanning electron microscopy analysis andenergy spectrum snalysis. The results show that the defect was determined as hot scratching of cold mill.
