摘要
针对现有节点形式,研发出一种新型装配式节点,提出该新型装配式梁柱节点的构成。通过对3个试件进行试验,研究了试件在地震作用下的破坏形态、滞回曲线和骨架曲线。结果表明:该节点为核心区斜压破坏,滞回曲线呈捏缩现象,滞回环包围的面积较小,节点核心区的耗能能力较差;试件破坏后,核心区内搭接范围的钢筋未被拔出,满足试验目的。利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立精细模型,对试验过程进行模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,表明所建立的模型是合理的。
In view of the existing joint form,a new type of prefabricated joint was developed. The constitution of the new type of prefabricated beam-column joint was proposed. The failure modes,hysteretic curves and skeleton curves of the specimens under earthquake action were studied by the experiments on 3 specimens. The results show that the joint suffers from the diagonal compression failure in core area,and the hysteresis curve features pinch phenomenon with small area surrounded by hysteresis loop and poor energy dissipation capacity in the core area of the joint; after the failure of the specimen,steel bars in overlap range of the core area are not pulled out,which meets the objective of the experiment. The fine model was established by using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate experiment process,and simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which indicates that the model is reasonable.
