摘要
针对动车组车辆在模拟运行试验台上试验时因车轮存在转速差导致牵引控制单元TCU报警的问题,开发了带有辅助电机的电轴同步系统,控制同步误差在3%以内,满足了高速动车组牵引特性台架试验的需要。
In light that when a vehicle in the multiple units is tested on the simulating operation test bench,the traction control unit(TCU)alarms due to difference in rotating speeds of wheels,the electrical axis synchronous system with auxiliary electrical motor is developed,and the synchronous error can be controlled within 3%,and the necessities of the bench test for traction features of high speed multipleunits are met.
