摘要
传统班级科层制模式存在着权威、等级等观念,不利于社会公正目标的实现,因此,以关爱、平等、价值共享为基础的班级共同体模式真正体现了社会公正,必然成为新型的班级组织模式。这种班级共同体模式的构建主要策略有:"替代父母"的教师角色策略,合作性的教师课堂教学策略,异质编制班级策略,促进学习和社会公正的学校文化策略等。
Existence of concepts such as authority and hierarchy in the bureaucratic system of a traditional class is not conducive to the goal of social justice.Therefore,the class as a community model based on love,equality,and shared value,which is conducive to social justice,is bound to become the new model of class organization.The main strategies for class community building based on social justice include:teachers as " substitute parents",teachers co-teaching,heterogeneous classes,and school culture that promotes learning and social justice.
