摘要
在田间试验条件下,开展甘蔗机械化种植与人工种植对比试验,探讨机械化种植对甘蔗产量、蔗糖分及抗旱性的影响,评价机械化种植的甘蔗生长效应。结果表明:机械种植具有促进甘蔗早萌芽、早生长、有利于蔗茎纵向生长而提高单茎重的生长效应,蔗茎产量、亩含糖量分别较人工种植提高36.16%、38.06%,差异达1%极显著水平。机械种植对分蘖、茎径、有效茎数和甘蔗蔗糖分的生长效应与人工种植差异不显著。对10-12月份的切叶自然失水速度、相对电导率、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量和单株绿叶数作抗旱性模糊综合评价结果,机械种植的抗旱性不及人工种植。
An experiment was conducted with the mechanical planning and traditional manual planning, attempting to find out the effects of different planting methods on the sugarcane yield, sugar content and drought resistance,and analyzing the growth effect of sugarcane in the condition of mechanical planting. The results showed that the mechanical planting could promote the sugarcane seedling emergence and growth. It also increased about 36.16% of sugarcane yield, 38.06% of sugar content, reaching distinct difference level. The traditional manual planting and mechanical planting produced similar effect on tillering, stem diameter, effective stem number and sugar content, but traditional manual planting showed better than mechanical planting on drought resistance, according to the results of drought resistance fuzzy comprehensive which include the speed of leafcutter natural filtration, relative conductivity, malondialdehyde content, chlorophyll content and the number of green leaves for a single sugarcane between October to December.
