＂Community Wall-Removing＂ has been a hot issue recently.This paper analyzes the causes of this argument, pointing out the existing problems in the urban planning in China. It also puts forward some suggestions about how to reconstruct the closed residential quarters to become the open blocks, and some enlightenment for the urban planning and administrative departments.
