摘要
食品生产加工小作坊、食品小摊贩、小食品店、小餐馆等生产经营的食品(以下简称"四小"食品)日常安全监管工作非常复杂困难。该文结合其他国家和地区对于小食品、小摊贩监管的经验及立法,对成都市"四小"食品安全监督提出建议。
The daily safety supervision of small food processing workshops, small food stall-keepers, small food stores, and small restaurants("Four-Small" for short) is very complicated and difficult. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the food safety supervision of "Four-Small" in Chengdu by referring to the experience of this field from other regions and countries.
