摘要
针对东莞市城市快速轨道东城车辆段场地平整吹填砂施工面临的大面积、复杂场地、长距离的技术难题,通过科学设置吹砂泵船、正确选择吹砂管线材料、合理铺设管线、根据实际确定管材接头形式和增设加压泵、合理配置相关设备等研制出一套长距离吹砂系统,再通过科学安排、严格控制等手段付诸于施工实践,有效解决了吹填砂长距离压力消减而造成的吹填出砂量小、施工缓慢、施工成本高、施工工期长的技术难题且施工质量有保证,保证了合同工期,使企业产生显著的社会效益和经济效益,为同类型项目施工提供借鉴。
Aiming at Dongguan Dongcheng urban rapid rail depot construction site leveling hydraulic fill sand facing large and complex sites, long-range technical problems, blowing sand pump boat through scientific setting, the correct choice of blowing sand pipe material, reasonable laying pipelines, determining the actual pipe joints in the form and additional pressure pump, the rational allocation of related equipment developed a set of long-distance blowing sand system, and through scientific arrangement and strict control and other means of construction put in practice, effective solution to the reclamation of sand over long distances pressure reduction and reclamation caused a small amount of sand, construction is slow, high construction costs, long construction period of technical problems and the construction quality assurance, to ensure that the contract duration, so that enterprises have a significant social and economic benefits for the same type construction projects for reference.
