摘要
本文介绍了京沪高速铁路箱梁预制工程,梁场建场期间提梁道路地基处理方案的优化选择。梁场地基处理最终采用换填方案,即底部采用30cm三七灰土、中间换填120cm建筑垃圾、顶部换填50cm级配碎石,通过实践证明这一工艺的应用能够保证提梁机的正常走行,提高了提梁道路的施工时间,节约了成本同时也使提梁道路整修、复耕等问题变得简单。
Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway box girder precast engineering are introduced in this paper, the beam field field during girder road foundation treatment scheme optimization selection. Beam Yard foundation treatment with replacement scheme, that is at the bottom of the 30 cm soil of Panax notoginseng, intermediate exchange 120 cm construction waste, at the top of the filling replacement 50 cm of the graded broken stone, is proved by practice that the application of this technology can guarantee of the gantry crane of normal walking, improving the girder road construction time, saving the cost and at the same time, the girder road renovation, rehabilitation and problem becomes simple.
