摘要
在高职院校"双师型"教师培训竞相开展的情况下,通过培训评价来检验培训的质量与效果非常重要,然而针对"双师型"教师培训评价的研究却几乎没有。本文在分析比较了泰勒、柯克帕特里克等经典评价模型的特点的基础上,构建出了"双师型"教师培训评价模型,并阐述了该评价模型的流程结构以及指标体系。所建评价模型可直接用于高职院校"双师型"教师培训评价。
Higher vocational colleges to carry out the "double type" teachers' training, through training evaluation to test the quality of the training and the effect is almost no research. This paper analyzes the classical Taylor, kirkpatrick evaluation model, on the basis of construct the "double division type" teacher training evaluation model, and describes the the process structure of the evaluation model and index system. Built the evaluation model can be applied directly to "double type" teachers' training in higher vocational colleges.
