在市场经济不断发展的环境下,社会对财经管理类人才的要求正在日渐提高。如何实现财经类管理人才培养与职业岗位需求及学生未来发展的统一,是当前高职财经管理类人才培养的重中之重。本文主要立足职业岗位需求,从财经管理类人才职业岗位能力需求及当前财经管理类人才培养问题入手,对财经管理类人才培养策略进行探讨。

In the evolving market economy environment, social class talent for financial management requirements are rising. How to achieve a unified Financial management personnel training and professional job requirements and future development of the students is the current priority of Vocational Financial management talents. In this paper, based on the needs of professional positions, starting from the financial management capacity needs talents of professional positions and the current financial management talents cultivation of Finance and Management personnel training strategies were discussed.
