摘要
在新的教学大纲要求下,如何帮助学生短时高效地记忆单词成为大学英语教师面临的重大任务。随着认知语言学的兴起,范畴化理论成为前沿研究课题。本文根据Hopper和Thompson提出的非范畴化理论,阐述从范畴化到非范畴化这一动态发展理论对我国大学英语词汇教学的指导作用。
Nowadays how to help students to store words quickly and use words efficiently is a top priority for college English teachers in college English teaching. With the development of the cognitive science, category theory has become a hot issue to be discussed. According to the characterization theory firstly proposed by Hopper and Thompson, this paper attempts to dynamically illustrate the applications of the categorization and characterization theory to college vocabulary teaching/learning.
