施工阶段工程造价的动态管理,是指使用动态的措施和控制方式,管理和控制影响工程造价的各种因素,提高企业的经济效益。首先分析了施工阶段工程造价动态控制的原则,然后就存在于项目施工阶段工程造价控制的问题进行深入的探讨,最后研究了解决措施,以期进一步提升企业的盈利能力以及管理水平。

The so-called dynamic management of construction project cost, refers to the use of dynamic measure and control mode, the factors affected the project cost management and control, improve the economic benefits of enterprises. The author in this paper first analyzes the construction stage of project cost dynamic control principle, then exists in the project construction phase of the project cost control problems, this paper explores the final solution is studied, in order to further enhance the profitability of the enterprise and management level.
