GPS手机出警导航系统主要运用监控中心对全球卫星定位技术进行解读,判断出巡警员当前和出警目标点位置。巡逻警员对GPS信息定位解码函数的分析向监控中心发送出警短信,再利用地图功能帮助巡逻警员快速到达出警的目标地点。
