摘要
模腔压力与塑料制品质量有密切联系,而模腔压力最大值是注射成型过程中一个常用的监测对象。借助奇石乐模腔压力传感器,直接测量注塑成型过程中的模腔压力最大值。借助正交实验法,分析注塑工艺参数对模腔压力最大值的影响次序,根据效应关系图分析工艺参数对模腔压力最大值的影响规律。
Cavity pressure has a close contact with the quality of plastic products, and the maximum of cavity pressure is an important monitoring object. The maximum of cavity pressure was measured with the help of cavity pressure sensor during the injection process. The influence order of process parameters on cavity pressures maximum with the help of orthogonal experiment. The effect law of process parameters on cavity pressure maximum was analyzed according to the effect diagram.
