摘要
对于现代化企业来说人力资源是核心战略资源之一,人力资源的战略价值以及战略人力资源管理受到越来越广泛的关注。本文主要研究了对战略人力资源管理对于提升企业绩效的影响,笔者认为通过职业发展及员工培训计划、采取绩效工资制度以及临时员工管理制度等可以让员工参与到企业管理决策中来,可以很好的调节战略人力资源管理与企业绩效的关系。
For the modern enterprise human resources is one of the core strategic resources, strategic value of human resource and strategic human resource management has attracted more and more attention. In this paper, we mainly study on strategic human resource management to improve enterprise performance, I believe that through the career development and staff training plan, take the performance salary system and temporary employees, management system allows employees to participate in the enterprise management and decision making, adjusting the relationship between strategic human resource management and enterprise performance can be very good.
