摘要
当纪录片发展越来越倾向于经国家走向国际和市场的时候,"地方"是不可或缺的。这是因为"地方"曾经产生过许多纪录片的传世之作,涌现过强大的纪录片创作群体。这些将会在"地方、国家和世界"的格局中再次凸显其各种政治的、经济的、文化的、社会的以及历史传统与自然生态特色,并在其自身的专业领域内,即创作理念与方法、题材开掘与深入、人才互动与互补、文化传播与交流、纵横向合作与互动等方面为构建我国纪录片新态势和新格局作出自身的贡献。
Bearing salient local characteristics, documentary films evolves along the path from the different states to international markets. Many a masterpieces are products of localization and the best groups of composers are the preeminent messengers of local voices. They via the media of documentary films advertise and highlights their different politic, cultural, social, historical, traditional, natural and ecological points of views in the " local, state and world" structure, and contribute their part to the formulation of the new trend and neo-structure in the development of documentary fihns in our country by rejuvenating their concepts and methodologies, exploring and investigating new topics and themes, interacting with different types of intellectuals, and disseminating culture.
