本文结合实际情况,就新建本科院校教学档案的建设与管理方面出现的一些问题,进行具体地分析,结合国内外一些先进的教学档案管理方法和制度,创新并针对性地提出行之有效的解决对策,并对新建本科院校在日后发展过程中关于教学档案的管理方面提出一些合理化建议,有目的性地指导我国高等教育的发展。

The paper analyzed some problems of teaching archives construction and management according to the actual situation. And it puts forward some reasonable suggestions about the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities. It also combined with domestic and foreign some advanced teaching archives management method and system and the innovation in order to promote the development of higher education in China.
