摘要
日常生活行为道德自省是高职学生道德养成的重要途径,国内学界对此方面的研究较少。采用问卷法对574名高职学生进行调查研究,结果显示:约90%的学生认同道德自省的价值和作用,他们有较强的自省意愿且自省频次较高;86.67%的学生认为自身道德水平不低于应有水平;76.65%的学生道德自省深度有限;55.23%的学生道德自省阈限高;学生道德自省具有领域特性;学生个体特征与其道德自省之间呈密切相关关系。因此,要增进高职学生日常生活行为道德自省,高职院校就应加强对学生日常生活的关注,引导学生形成正确的道德自我意识,帮助学生降低自省阈限、增进自省深度,找准学生自省促发点以有效唤醒其自省潜能,重视学生个体差异,实行差别化教育。
Daily behavior introspection is an important way to foster vocational college students' morality. But domestic research in this aspect is insufficient. The investigation and analysis of 574 vocational college students' introspection of their daily behavior show that : 90% of the students agree that the introspection has important value to improve their moral level, and they have strong self-willingness and frequent introspection behavior; 86.67% of the students thought their own moral level is not lower than the expected one, and 76.65% of the students' introspection is not deep enough; 55.23% of the students' self reflection threshold is high; Students' introspection has industry characteristics; And individual characteristics and introspection are closely related. Therefore, we suggest to pay attention to the daily life of students, to guide them to form correct moral self-consciousness, to help them reduce the introspection threshold and increase depth of introspection, to find out their moral introspection of the trigger point to awaken the potential of moral self-reflection effectively, and to attach importance to students' individual differences and realize differentiation education.
