摘要
目前我国小学教师的培养模式主要有分科培养和综合方向培养两种,随着社会的不断发展,急切需要高师院校要借鉴和整合各方面的有利资源培养能胜任小学所有学科教学德能兼备的全科教师。本文着力研究桐城师范高等专科学校在培养农村德能兼备的全科型小学教师做法上的独辟蹊径。
