摘要
文章针对微格教学过于强调集中训练单一技能,忽略完整课堂教学能力培养,技能评价体系不科学,评价价值流失问题,提出技能训练层次和评价分层策略。在训练程序上,实行整、分、整的层次分明地推进微格技能训练;在技能训练的评价体系上,采用分层评价方法。分层评价体系体现在评价目标的发展性,评价指标的层次性,训练内容的针对性。旨在优化微格技能训练程序和提高评价监控质量,从而丰富微格教学理论和提高微格教学训练的实效。
The purpose of this paper is to put forward stratigies of hierarchical training and stratified evaluation,aimed to solve the problems in traditional microteaching which focuses on single skill training and ignores candidates' ability of comprehensive application of all skills. The evaluation system isn't scientific either. The "whole part whole" training is aimed to improve the teaching procedure,while the stratified evaluation is aimed to optimize the evaluation system including.The stratigies can enrich the theory of microteaching and improve the its effectiveness.
