在信息技术高速发展的今天,教育信息化已是必然趋势,信息素养也是高等院校教师综合素质的重要组成部分。文章从基本信息素养、教学信息素养和科研信息素养三个方面,对高等院校教师信息素养现状进行了调查研究,并从完善标准、建立机制、营造环境、建立培训模式等方面提出了加强教师信息素养的一些策略和建议。

With rapid development of today＇s information technology, education information is inevitable trend, and thus the information literacy compose an important part of teachers＇ comprehensive quality in colleges.From three aspects that are the basic information literacy and teaching information literacy and scientific research information literacy the article has investigated on the current situation of teachers in colleges and put forward some strategies and advice on improving the standards, establishing the system, building environment and establishing training model.
