摘要
目的:评估带状疱疹患者血液中细胞因子、T淋巴细胞亚群、信号传导及转录激活因子3(signal transducers and activators of transcription 3,STAT3)水平及鼠神经生长因子的干预效果。方法:102例带状疱疹患者作为观察组,接受鼠神经生长因子干预,另取同期在本院接受体检的正常人群100例作为健康对照组,检测观察组治疗前后和健康对照组血清Th1/Th2因子水平、IgG亚类及补体水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平和STAT3功能。结果:观察组治疗后血清白介素(IL)-2、γ干扰素(γ-IFN)水平高于治疗前,IL-4、IL-5、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清IgG1、IgG3、IgG4、C3、C4值高于治疗前,IgG2值低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平高于治疗前,CD8水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后STAT3、p-STAT3、JAK2表达量低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:带状疱疹患者存在免疫系统及STAT3信号通路功能异常,鼠神经生长因子干预可以恢复机体多系统平衡,加速病情康复,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective:To assess the levels of serum cytokines,T lymphocyte subsets and signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(STAT3)in patients with herpes zoster as well as the intervention effect of mouse nerve growth factor.Methods:A total of 102 cases of patients with herpes zoster were the observation group of the research and received mouse nerve growth factor intervention,and 100 cases of normal people who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were the healthy control group.The levels of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines,IgG subclass and complements and T lymphocyte subsets as well as STAT3 function of observation group before and after treatment and healthy control group were detected.Results:Serum interleukin(IL)-2andγ-interferon(γ-IFN)levels of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment while IL-4,IL-5,IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αlevels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05);serum IgG1,IgG3,IgG4,C3 and C4values of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment while IgG2 value was significantly lower than that before treatment(P〈0.05);CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 levels of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment while CD8 level was significantly lower than that before treatment(P〈0.05);STAT3,p-STAT3 and JAK2expression levels of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusions:There are abnormal immune system and STAT3 signaling pathway function in patients with herpes zoster,and mouse nerve growth factor intervention can restore multisystem balance and accelerate disease rehabilitation,and has positive clinical significance.
