精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者血清细胞因子含量测定及与神经电生理的相关性分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:分析精神分裂症(schizophrenia)伴代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者的血清细胞因子含量及其与神经电生理的相关性。方法:90例精神分裂症伴MS患者、41例单纯精神分裂症患者、39例单纯MS患者纳入研究,对比入组患者的神经电生理指标、血清病情相关指标值,进一步分析两者之间的相关关系。结果:与单纯精神分裂症组及单纯MS组相比,精神分裂症伴MS组患者的P300潜伏期较长,波幅较短;N2-P3潜伏期及波幅均较短(P<0.05);精神分裂症伴MS组患者的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、S100b、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、抗脑抗体(ABAb)、溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)、α-羟基氨酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、胱抑素C(cystatin C)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)值较高,胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1)、分子量脂联素(HMW-APN)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平较低,与单纯精神分裂症组及单纯MS组相比差异显著(P<0.05);精神分裂症伴MS患者的P300潜伏期、P300波幅、N2-P3潜伏期、N2-P3波幅均与血清细胞因子含量存在直接相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症伴MS患者存在显著血清细胞因子及神经电生理指标异常,神经电生理检测可以作为判断疾病以及指导治疗的手段。 Objective:To analyze serum cytokine contents in schizophrenia patient with metabolic syndrome(MS)and their correlation with nerve electrophysiology.Methods:Ninety cases of schizophrenia patient with MS,41 cases of patients with simple schizophrenia and 39 cases of patient with simple metabolic syndrome were included for study.The values of nerve electrophysiology indexes and serum illness-related indexes were compared among included patients,and the correlation between the two was further analyzed.Results:Compared with simple schizophrenia group and simple MS group,P300 latency of schizophrenia with MS group was longer,and the amplitude was shorter;N2-P3 latency and amplitude were shorter(P〈0.05);serum SOD,S100 b,BDNF,ABAb,PAI-1,α-HBDH,AST,cystatin c,TG,FBG and 2hPG values of schizophrenia with MS group were higher,IGF1,HMW-APN and HDL-C levels were lower,and compared with simple schizophrenia group and simple MS group,differences were significant(P〈0.05);P300latency,P300 amplitude,N2-P3 latency and N2-P3 amplitude of schizophrenia with MS group were directly correlated with serum cytokine contents(P〈0.05).Conclusions:There are significantly abnormal serum cytokines and nerve electrophysiology indexes in schizophrenia patient with MS,and nerve electrophysiology detection can be used as the means to judge disease and guide treatment.
