喜炎平在小儿轮状病毒腹泻治疗中的应用

Application of Xiyanping in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea

目的：观察喜炎平在小儿轮状病毒腹泻治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2014年1月~2015年4月收治的轮状病毒腹泻患儿80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例,两组均给予利巴韦林10mg/kg静滴,1次/d;治疗组在利巴韦林治疗的基础上加用喜炎平注射液7.5mg/kg静滴,1次/d。对比两组治疗后症状、体征缓解时间及体温下降程度,并检测两组血清脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）、神经生长因子（NGF）和神经营养因子（NTF）含量变化。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,症状、体征缓解时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）,体温恢复程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后血清BDNF、NGF、NTF含量明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：喜炎平联合利巴韦林能有效缓解轮状病毒腹泻患儿的症状、体征,保护神经功能,疗效优于利巴韦林单药治疗。

Objective：To observe the application effect of Xiyanping in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea.Methods：A total of 80 children with rotavirus diarrhea who were admitted in our hospital from January,2014 to April,2015 were included in the study and randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given ribavirin 10mg/kg.d,ivdrip,qd.On this basis,the patients in the treatment group were given additional Xiyanping injection 7.5mg.kg,ivdrip,qd.The symptom and sign relieving time and temperature reduced degree after treatment in the two groups were compared.The serum BDNF,NGF,and NTF levels in the two groups were detected.Results：The treatment total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The symptom and sign relieving time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the temperature recovering degree was significantly superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The serum BDNF,NGF,and NTF levels after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Xiyanping in combined with ribavirin in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs,and protect the neurological function,with efficacy superior to that by pure ribavirin treatment.
