教育理论在实践中的应用不仅是教育理论价值实现的必由之路,也是当代教育理论研究应对自身价值危机的一个必要目标。当前,在教育理论总体上还具有坚持本质主义信念、抽象性、片面性等特征的情况下,对教育理论的应用不可避免地要对其进行实践化改造。根据教育实践的基本特征,实践化的教育理论应该是能够尊重教育实践情境性与多样性的教育理论,是能够兼容复杂人性的教育理论,是能够与其他教育理论对接的教育理论,也是能够使用亲近教育实践者的语言表述的教育理论。对教育理论进行的实践化改造需要在深刻解读教育理论的基础上,丰富教育理论的情境性内涵和复杂人性内涵,揭示教育理论的潜在观点和影响,并转换教育理论的语言表述方式。
