摘要
构建具有中国特色的全科医学人才培养体系,需要各级政府、高等医学院校、医疗机构等主体在医教协同下构建动力、运作及调整机制。构筑促进全科医学人才生涯发展的"国标省统,县管乡用"动力机制是逻辑起点,构筑形塑全人照护医业理性的运作机制是逻辑基础,构筑针对全科医学人才培养问题的调整机制是逻辑依托。这要求通过立法加强全科医学人才标准化、规范化培养制度建设,明确全科医学人才培养的本科学历基准,建立贯穿于院校教育、毕业后教育与继续教育的一体化完整教育体系,进一步创设育人机制与保障条件。
Building the general practice talent training system with Chinese characteristics needs governments at all levels, higher medical schools, medical institutions and so on, to build mechanisms of dynamic, operation and adjustment with the synergy of medical and educational institutions. Constructing the dynamic mechanism of general practice career development that aims to "unified provincial enrollment and examination under national standards, and county hospital management of general practitioners working for rural grassroots medical institutions" is the logical starting point. Constructing the operation mechanism which shapes holistic care reason is the logical foundation. And constructing the adjustment mechanism which aims at the issues of cultivating general practice talents is the logical supporting. It requires us to strengthen the standardized and normalized system construction of cultivating general practice talents, clarify and definite the bachelor degree benchmark of the cultivation of general practice talents, build the completed education system which is the integration of school education, after-school education and continuing education, and further set up educating mechanisms and supporting conditions.
