摘要
用一种新型含磷腈环和磷酸酯的阻燃剂制备阻燃涂层涤纶织物,研究其对涤纶织物的阻燃性能。通过极限氧指数(LOI)和垂直燃烧性能研究其在涤纶织物上的阻燃效果,并通过热裂解和燃烧后炭渣的表面形态探究其阻燃机理。结果表明:当阻燃剂用量仅为5%时,极限氧指数可达28.0%,属于难燃等级,可以达到B1级别,且具有良好的抗溶滴性。SEM表明,涤纶燃烧后残渣的内部形成多孔结构,外部炭层较致密,有效地形成了一层隔热屏障。
A novel flame retardant composed of cyclophosphazene and organophosphate was applied in coating on the polyester fabric, and its flame retardancy for polyester fabric was investigated. The flame retar- dancy was studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI) and vertical burning test. The flame retardance mechanism was investigated through the surface morphology of pyrolyzed and burned char residue. The results demon- strated that when the dosage of flame retardant was 5%, the L,OI value of the coated fabric was up to 28.0%, and could pass level B1, moreover the better performance on anti-dropping was achieved. SEM results showed that many micro pore structure formed in inner surface and the coat-like char formed in the outer char surface of burned polyester fabric residue, which formed good thermal barrier during burning.
