摘要
随着噬菌体展示技术的发展,数百种肿瘤归巢肽(tumor homing peptides)及其衍生物被发现。研究证实,这些肿瘤归巢肽在动物体内具有发现肿瘤细胞的潜力,并能将抗肿瘤药物特异性递送到肿瘤部位;其中,部分肿瘤归巢肽还具有穿膜特性,使药物能够更加有效地进入肿瘤细胞内而发挥治疗作用。目前,有关肿瘤归巢肽用于肿瘤诊断和治疗的研究已经进入不同的临床试验阶段。本文就肿瘤归巢肽的识别、分类及特性以及用于肿瘤诊断和治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。
With the development of phage display technology, hundreds of tumor homing peptides (THPs) and their derivatives have been discovered. Many studies have shown that THPs have the potential to detect tumor cells in animals, and can specifically deliver the anticancer agents to the tumor site. Furthermore, some of THPs have the penetrating characteristics, so that the anticancer agents were more effectively delivered into tumor cells to play the therapeutic role. At present, many THPs-based studies for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor are involved in various phases of clinical trials, This review discusses the identification, classification and characteristics of THPs, and the progress in their applications in cancer diagnosis and therapy.
