柴芪汤对代谢综合征模型大鼠血清TNF-α及IL-6水平的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of ChaiQi Tang on the Levels of TNF-α and IL-6 of the Rat Model with Metabolic Syndrome

摘要 目的:观察柴芪汤对饮食诱发的代谢综合征(MS)模型大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响,探讨柴芪汤改善代谢综合征的作用机制。方法:将32只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、柴芪汤组和罗格列酮组,除正常组外其他各组用高盐高脂高糖饮食喂养8周,用药组从造模第1天开始给予柴芪汤[5.67 g/(kg·d)]、罗格列酮混悬液[3 mg/(kg·d)]灌胃干预,8周后检测大鼠血清血糖及胰岛素,评价胰岛素抵抗情况,并采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清中TNF-α及IL-6的水平。结果:模型组大鼠血糖(FBG)、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、血清TNF-α及IL-6水平明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药组各项指标低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大鼠血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗指数柴芪汤组与罗格列酮组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),柴芪汤组TNF-α及IL-6水平较罗格列酮组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴芪汤可能通过影响血清TNF-α和IL-6水平而改善MS,早期使用柴芪汤可干预MS的形成。 Objective: To discuss the mechanism of ChaiQi Tang improving metabolic syndrome (MS) by ob- serving its influence on the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 of diet-induced MS rat model. Methods: Thirty-two rats were randomized into the normal group, the model group, ChaiQi Tang group and rosiglitazone group, the rats, except the normal group, were fed with high salt, high fat and high sugar diet for eight weeks, the medication groups accepted gastric lavage of ChaiQi Tang [5.67 g/ (kg·d)] and rosiglitazone suspension [3 mg/ (kg. d)] from the first day of preparing the models, serum glucose and insulin of the rats were detected in eight weeks to assess the conditions of insulin resistance (IR), the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the rats of different groups were detected by adopting ELISA method. Results: The model group was higher than the normal group in the levels of blood glucose and insulin, IR indexes, the levels of TNF-c~ and IL-6 obviously (P〈0.05); the medication group was lower than the model group in different indexes, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P〈0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of the levels of blood glucose and insulin, IR indexes between ChaiQi Tang group and rosiglita- zone group (P〉0.05), the decreases of TNF-α and IL-6 in ChaiQi Tang group were more obvious compared to these indexes of rosiglitazone group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P〈0.05). Conclusion: ChaiQi Tang could improve MS by affecting the levels of TNF-α and IL-6, early administration of ChaiQi Tang could intervene the formation of MS.
