耳针与灸法并用对膝骨性关节炎患者Lysholm评分及VAS积分的影响

Influence of Ear Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Lysholm Scales and VAS of the Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察耳针与灸法并用对阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎患者Lysholm膝关节评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)的影响。方法:随机将96例患者分为2组。治疗组49例,采用耳针与灸法并用的方法治疗;对照组47例,给予口服氨基葡萄糖、双氯芬酸钠治疗,连续治疗20天后,观察2组治疗前后Lysholm膝关节评分及VAS评分变化,并评价临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.91%,对照组为80.85%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lysholm膝关节评分及VAS积分2组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳针与灸法并用治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the influence of ear acupuncture and moxibustion on Lysholm knee score and visual analogue scale （VAS） of the patients with knee osteoarthritis （KOA） of Yang-deficiency cold-accumula- tion pattern. Methods： All 96 patients were randomized into two groups. 49 cases of the treatment group adopted ear acupuncture and moxibustion; 47 cases of the control group took aminoglucose and diclofenac sodium orally. Lysholm knee score and VAS were observed before and after treating, and clinical effects were assessed. Results; Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.91%, higher than 80.85% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The difference demonstrated statistical meaning when Lysholm knee score and VAS after treating were compared with these before treating in both groups （P〈0.05）; the difference presented sta- tistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ear acupuncture and moxibustion are effective in treating KOA.
